being. I want to feel refreshed. I want to be aligned with
Source. I choose to release all of my pain so I can feel happy
and joyful, fully participating in life again. I choose to accept
the wisdom of my body, mind and spirit.
You may want to consider
setting an intention before any activity and especially when you are
co-creating with a facilitator. You are the one who is ultimately
responsible for your well being. A facilitator, whether its an
energy healer or your dentist, serves to ignite and support your
journey of wholeness, balance, harmony and joy!
